Functions
The Delegated Committee is the executive body of the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Puerta de Hierro – Segovia de Arana, and is responsible for implementing the policies and agreements that may arise from decisions taken by the Governing Council.
It has the following functions:
- Implement the policies and agreements arising from the Governing Council
- Launch of research and training initiatives within IDIPHISA.
- Approval of improvement actions proposed for IDIPHISA.
- Study of IDIPHISA's economic and administrative management activity and reporting of results to the Governing Council.
- Allocation of material and budgetary resources following the priorities and guidelines of the Governing Council.
- Draw up and prepare the Institute's annual operational programmes and annual activity reports.
- Evaluate the impact and relevance of the research or training activities carried out at the Institute.
- Evaluate the information collected from the research groups affiliated with IDIPHISA.
- Prepare the budgets, statement of accounts and other mandatory reports for submission to and approval by the Governing Council.
- Any other function delegated to it by the Governing Council.
