Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing, representative and administrative body of the Foundation, which shall exercise its corresponding functions in accordance with the legal system, the founder's wishes as expressed in the Deed of Constitution, in the Founding Charter and in these Statutes.
It is the responsibility of the Board of Trustees to fulfil the Foundation's objectives and to administer the assets and rights that make up the Foundation's estate, fully maintaining their yield and usefulness.
Composition
Chair: Dr Julio García Pondal. Managing Director of Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda.
Secretary: Mr Fernando Neira Álvarez. Director of the Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica del Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda.
