Training Committee

Continuing education in the field of biomedical research must be an active and ongoing process, which is why at the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Puerta de Hierro – Segovia de Arana it is very important that training enables the knowledge, skills and attitudes of researchers, both basic and clinical, to be updated and improved in light of scientific and technological developments and social and healthcare system demands and needs.

The Training Committee is the body responsible for managing the Training Plan.

Functions
  • Oversee the proper implementation of IDIPHISA's Training Plan.
  • Study the training needs that exist within IDIPHISA and issue the relevant reports for subsequent evaluation by the management bodies.
  • Evaluate and select proposals for training activities.
  • Study, propose and set the criteria by which speakers for training activities to be held at IDIPHISA will be chosen.
  • Establish the criteria for carrying out training activities.
  • Assess the training activities and their impact on IDIPHISA's Training Plan, as well as on its operation.
  • Address and resolve any complaints and claims that may arise during the training activities.
  • Incorporate improvements for the better functioning of the Training Plan, allowing for better use of both human and material resources.
