Quality Committee

In order to ensure the quality of our processes and to embed this culture among all Institute staff, the Quality Committee of the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Puerta de Hierro – Segovia de Arana has been established.

Functions

• Design and implementation of a Quality Management System
• Design and implementation of Quality Action Plans
• Define and implement the mechanisms necessary for the control, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of actions arising from the Quality Plan.
• Development of initiatives aimed at achieving maximum staff engagement with the quality culture at the Institute, including dissemination and participation initiatives.
