The object of this action is the financing of Contracts for Senior Laboratory Technician with the aim of strengthening the research groups to which they are incorporated and enhancing research in the strategic areas of IDIPHISA.

The contracts will be concluded between the selected laboratory technicians and the Biomedical Research Foundation of the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital in Majadahonda, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation., FIBHUPHM.

 The call for Intensification grants will be open until 19 December 2025 at 15:00 (3:00 pm).

Grants Summary:

• The financial allocation paid by IDIPHISA will correspond to 100% of the total cost of the contract for each of the grants awarded (including the business contribution to Social Security and termination indemnity). The salary remuneration will be the one established in the Collective Agreement of the Group of Companies of the Biomedical Research Foundations of the II.SS. of SERMAS.
• The aid granted will have a Maximum duration of 1 year which will be used to finance full-time employment contracts signed between the laboratory technician and the FIBHUPHM. The time of help It can be extended by an additional 1 year provided there is available budget in the FIBHUPHM.
• The maximum number of grants to be awarded shall be:
  • 2 for PIs born in 1980 or later.
  • 2 for PIs born before 1980.
