Sus datos personales serán utilizados y con la finalidad de atender su petición de información (Ejecución de contrato o aplicación de medidas contractuales artículo 6.1.b RGPD), la gestión y prestación de los servicios ofrecidos por el INSTITUTO DE INVESTIGACIÓN SANITARIA PUERTA DE HIERRO (organismo investigador gestionado por la FIB) (Ejecución de contrato o aplicación de medidas contractuales artículo 6.1.b RGPD), y para el envío de futuras comunicaciones informativas que pudieran ser de su interés (Consentimiento artículo 6.1.a RGPD e Intereses legítimos y propios artículo 6.1.f RGPD), y nunca serán cedidas ni vendidas a terceros. En el supuesto de que la base de legitimación se diera o fuese el consentimiento, se informa que se encuentra en su derecho a retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento basado en el consentimiento previo a la retirada.

If the User includes personal data belonging to third parties, they must, prior to including it, inform them of the provisions set out in this privacy policy, and shall be solely responsible for its inclusion”.
