          The Delegated Committee is the executive body of the Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Sanitaria Puerta de Hierro \u2013 Segovia de Arana, and is responsible for implementing the policies and agreements that may arise from decisions taken by the Governing Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          It has the following functions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Implement the policies and agreements arising from the Governing Council<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Launch of research and training initiatives within IDIPHISA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Approval of improvement actions proposed for IDIPHISA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Study of IDIPHISA's economic and administrative management activity and reporting of results to the Governing Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Allocation of material and budgetary resources following the priorities and guidelines of the Governing Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Draw up and prepare the Institute's annual operational programmes and annual activity reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Evaluate the impact and relevance of the research or training activities carried out at the Institute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Evaluate the information collected from the research groups affiliated with IDIPHISA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Prepare the budgets, statement of accounts and other mandatory reports for submission to and approval by the Governing Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
